Among the contents of this issue are pieces on Truffaut's "La nuit americaine"; "Une journee bien remplie", the first film directed by Jean-Louis Trintignant; films starring Alain Delon and Helmut Berger; and an article titled "Art in Bondage" on "Twisted Sex" directed by Sadao Nakajima. The front cover features a nude Senta Berger in "Roma Bene" with an insert of Delon and Annie Girardot in "Traitement de choc". The covers are soiled and creased along the edges and corners with chipping to the front edges and to the head and tail of the spine. There is a small hole to the front cover. 295 pages consisting of the title and pages [331] through 623, illustrated with a full-page engraved plate depicting Governor Jay, Lieutenant Governor V. Rensselaer, and The Hon. Dirk Ten Broeck, New York's Speaker of the House. Most of the pages are slightly darkened along the edges, with some occasional foxing, although a couple of pages are more heavily darkened and foxed.

Papers relating to the controversy regarding grants for lands West of the Connecticut River which were then claimed by both the states of New Hampshire and New York. The dispute led to the establishment of the Vermont Republic, later to become the State of Vermont. Good .
