In this, De Aguirre provides an examination and defense of the logic and metaphysics of Aristotle. POOR condition, ex-university library. A few minor library treatments to the interior and exterior. Vellum backstrip effectively DETACHED along the spine having been crudely repaired with white tape along the hinges at one point. This repair has mostly given way. Upper ½ of the backstrip MISSING, with a portion also missing from the tail. Moderate to heavy soiling to the covers, heaviest to the rear, with staining also present. Some scuffing. Extremities very scuffed and worn, with the vellum split and torn in many locations and the boards bumped, chipped and worn beneath. Text block solid, with repairs to the interior hinges with white tape. Several inscriptions and minor notes to the endpapers, with a few scattered marginalia in the interior. Uneven browning to the paper throughout, ranging from minor to heavy. Scattered minor to heavy foxing and minor soiling. Poor/No Jacket.
