Solid, and quite important as a source of images and ideas from American Architects of this period. H.H. Richardson is listed as the contact person / secretary in the leading explanation. VG, exlibrary with 2-3 perforation stamps including one to an illustration. Clean and tight overall, with one sheet of preceding explanatory text.
