¶ Curious and obscure treatise by Dordrecht Anabaptist printer and bookseller Frans Baltensz. Having this personal commentary on some passages in the Gospel of Saint John partly published earlier, but banned by church authorities as being complete nonsense, Baltensz decided to cut his manuscript into pieces, to mix them and subsequently printed them randomly (later called "cut-up" technique).
