Each shows evidence of having being mailed a third class material with address label on last page and either a precancelled postage stamp, or a postage meter imprint. The contents of the volume 13 issues are printed on newsprint type paper as a war economy measure, although the covers are still printed on glossy stock. All issues show varying degrees of wear, but it is not untoward, and each issue may be read without fear that it will fall apart. Two issues are slightly larger in format (vol. 12, nos. 1 and 2). Each issue is about 24 pages, and replete with articles, designs, diagrams and photos on welding and the trade generally. Ill.: black-and-white photographs.
