There are numerous illustrations in the text, plus 23 plates and 10 folding plates that are not numbered. There is no list of illustrations. A few thumb marks, text block rather shaky, but text complete and basically clean. Dark green cloth with gilt titles, worn on edges. Top edge gilt, others untrimmed. Interesting history of the borough, with much personal reminiscence. Chapter on the beginning of the Cuming Museum. (Heavy - may require extra shipping to some locations). Good/No Jacket.
