A satire on Exeter College. the politics of the mid 18th century saw Exeter College Supporting the Whigs - whilst the rest of the University was Disbound , no dustjacket.
¶ of Tory inclination. In pencil on the title page someone has written 'by Dr Bertie'. Uncommon political pamphlet.
