COOK Ann
Ann Cook and Friend. With an Introduction and Notes by Regula Burnet. NEAR FINE COPY IN UNCLIPPED DUSTWRAPPER
Oxford University Press, Oxford,, 1936. 8vo., First Edition, with a frontispiece, free endpapers very lightly spotted; brown cloth, gilt back, a near fine copy in unclipped dustwrapper, the latter very lightly dust-soiled at backstrip. This valuable work transcribes sections of Cook's 'Professed Cookery' (3ed; 1760) which includes the author's 'Plan of House-Keeping'.
