First and last few page also edge-chipped, notations and check marks in text, related articles pasted to half-title page. A fascinating handwritten note is laid-in, as well as an angry printed broadside denouncing and castigating the issuance of a pirated edition of Matthews' work. Avery scarce publication. Poor.
