It is near fine except slight wear on the corners, a closed 1" tear on front top edge of spine, 2 tiny tears back top edge.and foxing on the inside. This foxing hasn't affected the outside or the red cloth cover. The contnts are clean, except inscription. 9" x 6". 1948
