One leaf once loose and edge torn and the rest of the gathering slightly proud. The Greek text with some neat pencil underlining and neat penciled marginal notes up to page 129 thereafter no notations or pencilmarks. Name to front free endpaper which is also a bit foxed. The titlepage is browned but the rest of the work is only very lightly tanned. A neat tight copy.

The first few pages are slightly soiled. The Titlepage has a few small chips to the edges but none anywhere near to the printed area. After the preliminaries page one of the text has a marginal inscription which is unreadable. There are a few creases to the corners and a few pages with light foxing. The titlepage lists a correct Plan of London but also says "may be had sewed,without the plan" as in this copy.
