¶ Slg. Böhme 1423. - Breitrandiges Exemplar. - Am 2. Juli 1622 publizierte Land- und Hofgerichts-Ordnung der Herzöge Adolf Friedrich I. und Johann Albrecht II. (hier: Hans Albrecht) von Mecklenburg, die von 1608 bis zur Landesteilung 1621 das Land Mecklenburg gemeinschaftlich regiert hatten. Die vorliegende Ordnung löste die 1570 von Kaiser Maxilmilian II. gegebene ab. Sie regelt im ersten Teil alles, was mit dem Amt des Richters zu tun hat. Ausserdem sind alle Eidesformeln abgedruckt, die von den Prozessbeteiligten geleistet werden müssen. Der zweite Teil behandelt die Untergerichte, Rechte und Pflichten der Kläger und Beklagten, Themen wie Gegenklage, Pfändung, Exekution, Arrest, peinliche Befragungen u.a.m., gelegentlich mit Unterstreichungen und Marginalien von alter Hand. - Fachmännisch mit meist alten Materialien restauriertes Exemplar: Buchblock neu eingehängt, Titel an zwei kl. Plates numbered above on the left: 'T.20' and in the middle: 'VIII', addresses at the bottom:'Negotium Caesarea Franciscae AA.LL. Academiae excudit / Cum Gratia et Privilegio S.C. Majestatis.' thus these paltes were issued in Augsburg in the second hlaf of the eighteenth century. l Etching and engraving on paper, trimmed to plate mark: total: 188 x 293 mm and 195 x 300 mm; damp stains and foxing, first plate paper rather cooked; both are not described in Hollstein.
