This work was first published in the original English as 'The Mother at Home' in 1830.The third work in this collection is Isaac Harding's sermon on Revelations XIV.6, first delivered as a speech for the Bible Society, and published in 1835.The final work is E. Griffiths Welsh language translation of the 'Rise and Progress of Religion in the Soul' by the Nonconformist minister Phillip Doddridge.With the bookplate W. Evans to the front pastedown.
