Mona Rogers in Person was a successful one person play written by Galas, featuring a woman who wants to negate her existence until she becomes a photograph. The play was very successful and popular, staged many times in San Francisco and elsewhere. Galas was an award winning playwright known for his avant garde works that often seemed like contemporary vaudeville. Shumaker appeared in a variety of his works, as well as other work, receiving awards for her performance as Mona Rogers. GOOD condition. Minor wrinkling and creasing.
