An almanac for the year 1877, containing the usual monthly almanac information, with each month accompanied by a full page illustration of people and nature. Also included is a breakdown of how Connecticut voted in the 1876 presidential and gubernatorial elections. After the almanac entries is a five page account of the Pennsylvania Railroad, accompanied by illustrations of scenes from along its route, as well as a section of recipes for various food items. GOOD condition. Blind stamp from a historical society on the front cover, as well as a sliver of an address label. General toning and soiling to the wrappers, with some spotting and staining. Minor creasing and chipping along the extremities. Minor scattered foxing in the interior. Good .
