POOR/FAIR condition. First three leaves with pieces torn off from the upper edges, with some loss of text. Moderate to heavy browning, moderate soiling, foxing and staining. Some minor chipping/tearing along the edges. Many corners with large creases. Overall rather worn. Poor .
