A ruled form for a teacher to submit attendance records, as well as a brief questionnaire on the school itself. With several state statutes regarding education and reimbursement of teachers. Most of the sheets bear handwritten names and attendance records of the children listed, for the 1875 school season running from May through August. 29 students are listed. The teacher appears to have been a C.H. Grickey. The questionnaire in the back notes that the school does not have a proper supply of blackboards and is lacking any books of reference, wall maps, charts and globes. This was for the school in Madbury, New Hampshire. GOOD condition. Rust stains and other stains present to the wraps and in the interior, including some dampstaining. General soiling, with some creasing and wrinkling. Some ink faded in the interior. Good .
