Phillips was a noted abolitionist who spoke widely on the subject of racial injustice. GOOD condition. Edward Loring's name in pencil several times at the top of the title page. General darkening to the paper, with minor offsetting and a minor stain to the center front cover. Minor scattered foxing and soiling. Sabin 62520. Good .
