An extensive list of properties sold in the abovementioned states, providing the names of the property owners, the location and brief several word descriptions of the properties, the amount sold for etc. The act mentioned was originally signed into law by Lincoln in 1861, with liens charged for failure of taxes paid in areas under insurrection. In VERY GOOD condition with minor darkening to the pages, with heavy darkening/browning to the extremities of the last blank endpapers. Remains of binding present along the spine. Small chip and large diagonal crease to the lower rear endpaper. Very Good .
