Of note is the mention of the homesteaders and their settling of public land. Statistics are supplied for the amount of public land entered into record (as a percent increase from previous years). In GOOD condition. Heavy foxing/offsetting along the upper front cover edge, with a small area of browning/foxing to the rear cover. Some browning along the extremities. Minor soiling and edgewear. Interior clean and solid. Good .
