A brief work apparently presenting data and findings from measurements of electricity in the atmosphere. In POOR/FAIR condition. Ex-library with call numbers in pencil on the top of the first page of text and front cover, with a library ownership stamp on the inside front cover. Front cover and title page DETACHED. The rest of the work is intact but weak. The whole piece is rather fragile, with covers and pages chipping and flaking along the extremities. Moderate to heavy uneven fading to the covers, with some darkening. General moderate darkening to the interior. Minor pencil notations to the title page. Poor .
