Description: Bryn Mawr, Self Published, 1910. First Edition. Wraps. First edition. Original wraps. 59 pages. With a few in text illustrations in the last several pages. A collection of poetry by Hilda Worthington Smith, first a student of and then later, an acting dean and dean of Bryn Mawr college from 1919-1921. Smith was also active in promoting various aspects of women's rights, from suffrage to working with various labor organizations throughout her lifetime. In GOOD condition with moderate soiling to the covers as well as some minor faint staining to the front and rear covers. Uneven darkening and fading present. Extremities bumped and creased, with several small tears present, as well as a small piece of the lower front corner missing. Interior is solid with general darkening to the pages and minor scattered soiling and foxing present. Faint damp stain present in the lower margin of the last few pages, not affecting text. Previous owner's gift inscription on the first endpaper. Several holographic corrections to the text present. Good .
