This is the large paper copy at 28 cm (rather than 24 cm). Sabin notes only two plates. Sabin 53606. A good+ copy, lacking the rear wrapper and most of the spine, front wrapper and first signature detached, thin dampstain along bottom edge of chipped front wrapper, an unopened (uncut) clean interior.
