Description: Washington, D.C. National Silver Committee, 1896. First edition. Self wrappers. 16 pp. 8vo. Bailey's speech runs fourteen pages, Teller's, two. Both argue for the reintroduction of silver. OCLC locates only three copies of this edition with both speeches: University of Virginia, Georgia, and Wisconsin. A good copy, first and last leaf detached, with browning leaves and a few chips.
