The government was to pay $7,146,583 for its expropriations of "docks, piers, warehouses, wharves and terminals equipment and facilities on the Hudson River now owned by the North German Lloyd Dock Company and the Hamburg-American Line Terminal and Navigation Company." Includes the schedule of compensation. Stamped by the Chief Clerk's office on April 12, 1919, lightly soiled on two pages,remnant of old wrappers only inner edge, small chip, still about very good.
