Includes both the Register and the mid-year List and Station of the Commissioned and Warrant Officers of the Navy of the United States, including Officers of the Marine Corps, on the Active List, Officers on the Retired List Employed on Active Duty for the year. Copy of Rear admiral H. N. Manney, with his leather label on the front board. Manney (1844-1915) was on the Macedonia during the Civil War as it went in pursuit of the Confederate Steamers Florida and Tallahassee. He was later head of the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Front board a bit tender, extremities worn, leather a bit dry, leaves clean, still a good copy.
