Text volumes bound in full period calf, raised bands, fluer de lis gilt tooling, leather title labels. At some time, the spine on each volume has been professionally relaid. Calf lightly rubbed, some minor scuff or age wear. All bindings in very good clean condition. Atlas volume is bound in period or early quarter calf, marble boards, raised bands, fluer de lis gilt tooling, [ not an exact match but very similar to text volumes ]. At some time the spine has been professionally rebacked, boards rubbed, bumped on edges, minor wear to hinge joints. Internally, text and plates in very good clean condition. A very nice set, in very attractive bindings. Very Good.
