Books measure 15.5x10.cm. Collation, 29,[3],381pp, [6],466pp, engraved frontis. Bound in period full calf, raised bands, ornate gilt tooling. At some time?, both bindings have been rebacked, retaining most of the original spines. Calf lightly rubbed, minor scuff wear, residue of glue? on both bottom boards. Both bindings in very good clean firm condition. Internally, spotting browning to first title, browning to edges of second title, pages in good clean condition. A very nice set. Near Very Good.
