Collation, ix[3],206pp, engraved title, printed title, 18 fine hand coloured plates, including frontis, bound without publishers catalogue. Bound in full red leather, raised bands, ornate gilt tooling and sporting motifs within compartments, ruled gilt lines on boards, inner dentelles, full gilt edges, marble endpapers. Leather very light rubbed on head and tail of spine, minor wear or scuff marks. Generally a very nice attractive binding. Internally, occasional spotting or marking, 2 plates very slight trimmed with loss of imprint. Pages and plates in very good clean condition. A very nice Riviere binding, superb hand coloured plates. Very Good Plus.
