With an original caricature on the half-title inscribed and signed by David Levine. The caricature depicts a naked man and woman: a small intimidated-looking man kneels between the thighs of a large, pillowy woman. The pen-and-ink drawing is inscribed: "To The Lessers / David Levine." The words "and The Muse" are added, possibly in another hand.

The contents of the book are introduced and selected by John Kenneth Galbraith. Very good .
