There are tears to the top edge & front edge of page 41 & to the top edges of pages 42-48. There is a piece out of the bottom corner of the last page. The top edges of the pages are rippled, probably from humidity. There is occasional soiling. Fair.

"The Mentor" often highlighted a particular theme and this issue, published three months after Houdini's death, focused on magic and magicians.
