Er leitete die städtische Lateinschule in Frankfurt am Main und war Professor für Griechische Sprache und Literatur in Heidelberg. - Bersman, Gregor (1538 -161) war ein lateinischer Dichter und Philologe, er studierte in Leipzig Philosophie, Philologie und Medizin. Er gab viele Lehrbücher und Ausgaben lateinischer Schulautoren, darunter Cicero, Horaz, Lucan, Ovid, Vergil, heraus. - Einband etwas fleckig, Rückenschild teilweise abgeblättert, Vorderdeckel mit kl.
