First edition, Vol. III, No. 14; 11 x 8 1/2; pp. [2]; newsprint stock, printed in black; brittle, with a few small chips and nicks to edges; overall in very good- condition. Featuring synopsis and cast of characters for Jay Rial's majestic revival of "Uncle Tom's Cabin," the program also included advertisements for upcoming performances and local Santa Cruz businesses. The Opera House was founded on Union and Center streets in 1877. Very good .

Libretto; 5 x 3 1/2; pp. [3], 6-31; beige wraps, printed in black and decorated with a pictorial border in blue; a small chip to lower corner of front wrap and several small nicks to edges; in about very good condition. A tiny and beautiful, early edition of the text of Borodin's unfinished work, which would be completed by Nikolai Rimskii-Korsakov and Aleksandr Glazunov and originally published in 1888 and first performed in St. Petersburg in 1890. Uncommon, with OCLC listing 1 copy at Yale; none in the trade. Very good .

S. l. (New York), Lenox Lyceum, 1891. First Edition. Small broadside, n. d. (1891); 9 x 6; cream stock, printed in black; several old, horizontal creases; closed cut to edge of one of the folds and a few small nicks to edges; in good to very good condition. Dated Easter Sunday, March 29, the broadside advertised a performance by leading Italian operatic tenor Italo Campanini (1845 - 1896) and a cast of other celebrated stars, including Devere, Klein, Del Puente, and others. Campanini would reach the height of his career in London in the 1870s and in New York in the 1880s and 1890s. After 1883, he would serve as the Metropolitan's leading tenor. Good .
