Dayton, OH, Keyes Souvenir Card Co. 1st Edition. Paperback. OVERSIZE. An oblong, thread-bound softcover book in acceptable condition. The top corners of the front cover and first 9 plates has been torn off, not encroaching upon the photographs themselves, but giving the top corner a ragged appearance. The edges of the cover are crinkled and dampstained and have lots of small tears. Small, unobtrusive puncture in the space to the right of the 8th photograph. Stain to the right of the 10th photograph. The binding is still secure, though the cover is a bit fragile and ought to be handled gently. A very scarce collection of 36 photographs of Dayton, Ohio, taken before the Great Flood of 1913. Undated; ca. 1900. Measures approx. 12.4" long x 10.25" tall. .
