Large quarto. 1,005pp. A massive volume. Illustrated with numerous tables, maps and diagrams (some are fold-outs). Library bookplate and stamp to front endpapers with spine torn half way up from bottom at front cover, then across to about mid-point of spine (repairable with glue only). Corner tips worn through exposing boards, and with moderate chips to head and heel of spine. 4.2 kilograms unpacked -- extra shipping charges will apply!
