Leonidas de overwinnaar. Vertaling J. van Oudshoorn.
Den Haag, de Schouw, 1943. 81 p. Hardbound 20 cm (Schouw-reeks, 3; historical novel; including worn dustjacket)(De Schouw was a fascist publisher during World War II. The dutch novelist J. van Oudshoorn was a diplomat in Berlin, who translated 2 Nazi books for the brown NSB publisher De Schouw, after his retirement in 1941. After the war he declared that his pension of 200 guilders a month was not enough to support him and his wife, and that he therefore decided to work for a publisher which sided with the German oppressor. For the translation of this book, the original German title is 'Der Sieger', he received 174 guilders. For his second translation, entitled 'Nacht der Verschwörung', which was never published, he received 250 guilders)
