Some light wear to cloth at tips. Dj is Good: not price-clipped, a number of edge-tears, some edge-chipping but nothing over 1.5 cm, modest loss at tips. The author has signed in his usual calligraphic hand on the title page, stroking out his printed name. A decent collectible copy of one of the author's scarcest books, seldom found signed. Very Good/Good.

Spine a bit slanted, cloth worn at lower tips. Dj is not price-clipped, front and rear panels quite fresh overall, though spine a bit faded as usual. Moderate wear to extremities with some loss to tips, small chips (about one-half inch) at spine-ends. A respectable copy of this fragile dj with no major tears. Scan available. This copy belonged to Patricia Morley who wrote the Robertson Davies volume in the Profiles in Canadian Drama series, and bears her ownership signature on the front free endpaper and extensive notes throughout. An interesting association copy. Very Good/Dust Jacket Included.

Only real flaws to dj are one barely-visible short, closed tear to edge of dj, couple of tiny scuffs to the dj near the foot of the spine and tiny trimmed edge bottom of rear flap.
