Original red cloth spine. 32 pages. With 8 colour plates and many black and white illustrations in the style of Heath Robinson. Front cover has a colour illustration which shows young children watching a parade and both sets of endpapers have amusing images of troops drilling beneath airships and planes whilst scenes of mock battles appear in the foreground.
