On paper size 67 by 53 cm. Scale 12 inches to the mile. The proposed route, intended to alleviate traffic congestion in the city, would have involved the creation of at least one new bridge over the Thames and, amongst other schemes, developing a main road behind Horse Guards Parade to relieve congestion in Whitehall and Trafalgar Square. Colour. Good condition. Has been folded. Good.
