Upper and lower margins a bit frayed.. .

The design shows a fully worked out front view of the two storied house, stairs compartment is three storied, ornamented with trees and shrubs, a pond in front of the house. Signed but undated (ca. 1933-1935). Labelled ; Villa en construction à Tervueren. A bit waterstained but still a fine decorative drawing. .
