Als je erop vertrouwt dat je intuïtie je zal vertellen wat je moet doen als zich iets voordoet, maak je je minder druk over mogelijke beren op de weg. Als je vertrouwen hebt dat je intuïtie je als de tijd rijp is een antwoord op je probleem zal geven, pieker je minder. Als je echter stelselmatig negeert wat je intuïtie te zeggen heeft, ontstaat er spanning in jezelf (prikkels). Eigenlijk neem je jezelf niet serieus als je dat doet. Als je in staat bent je intuïtie in te zetten in je leven, blijf je dichter bij jezelf en voel je je beter. Leven met je intuïtie kun je leren. Intuïtief weet je vaak al hoe dat moet.
