An early twentieth century edition of Allcocks Anglers Guide in the original quarter cloth binding and paper wraps. The Allcocks Company was one of the world's largest tackle makers based in Redditch, founded by Polycarp Allcock. Undated, the most recent publication advertised was first published in 1932. A scarce work with few other editions in libraries. Densely illustrated throughout in black and white and with the odd page in yellow.
