Maison Mazarin, 1905. Hardcover. 4 Volumes of 20, including the important first volume with bound-in Certificate with both Editors' original signatures! The volumes offered here are of a limited printing, the Pantheon Edition of Two Hundred And Fifty (250) sets, of which these 4 volumes are from set No. 2. Bound in marbled calf, with gilt page tops, deckle cut edges, Medallion of Cardinal Richelieu mounted centrally on the front cover of each volume, surrounded by a gold wreath and crown. Spines are mildly discolored (tanned), and there is modest edge and corner wear to all 4 volumes. Most notably, the heads of all 4 spines show wear from being pulled from the shelf. All 4 are solidly bound, have green headbands, and show modest foxing scattered throughout. ; Signed by Editors. Very Good+ with No dust jacket as issued.
