Cover very lightly worn some mottling, spine slightly darkened, contents are tanned and has scattered foxing, binding is tight and sound, former owner's name on front endpaper. This session includes over 200 cases cited, and contains an "Index to the Principal Matters Contained in this Volume." A number of cases were decided during this term including Little v. Barreme, in which the Court found that the President of the United States does not have the inherent authority or inherent powers to ignore laws passed by Congress. Good.
