A most interresting study on the "iconography" of musical instruments, as depicted in XV-Th. Century works of Art. I.E. stringed-, woodwind- organ, percussion-,brass-instruments etc. Published in 1944 means the paper quality is poor [browned] nevertheless a very desirable, almost untouched copy of this scarce work, published in the series "verhandelingem van de Koninklijke Vlaamsche Academie Voor Wetenschappen, Letteren En Schoone Kunsten Van Belgie. Klasse der Schoone Kunsten Jaargang VI No. 2. Very Good/No Jacket.
