A nice inscription on the verso of the front free endpaper and flyleaf reads: "February 1, 1927/ With great affection/ and deep appreciation/ from your Armco/ First Line Men". Then follow the signatures of Charles R. Hook (then Armco president), Bennett Chapple (assistant to the president) Earl Emerson (vice president), Calvin W. Verity, W. W. Sebald, Newman Ebersole, and nineteen others. With the bookplate of Charles R. Hook, Jr. on the front pastedown endpaper. Some fading to spine and edges (not affecting titles), mild wear to extremities. A nice, near fine copy. ; 16mo. .
