With 2pp publisher's catalogue at end and additional publisher's list on rear wrapper. The frontispiece is dated 1806; Opie gives the engraver as John Lee. We have been unable to find any institutional record of a first edition (presumably 1806-1808). No edition is listed in BLPC. Opie lists a copy of the second edition (1809), pressmark ID393; Opie C 1015. A RARE SURVIVAL
