Lent, an architect and artist, perhaps best known for his designs of summer cottages in Maine, Massachusetts and elsewhere. POOR/FAIR condition. Sample stamp on the front cover, with a few other pencil notes. Paper brittle and fragile, with moderate chipping and tearing along the extremities. Minor soiling, spotting and foxing to the covers. Spine with extensive tearing, with pages barely intact. Leaf of illustrations loose, unsure if as issued. Poor .
