Volume II begins with chapter IX on Farm Seeds and reaches its conclusion at chapter XVI on Dairying. With chapters on fruit, vegetables, pests, and rotation of crops. Edited by G P Foaden, the Secretary-General of the Khedivial Agricultural Society, Cairo and F Fletcher the Principal of the School of Agriculture Cairo. Issued as a commission by the Ministry of Education Egypt, under the department of Agriculture and Technical Education. With eleven plates to the rear, as called for.
