Published quarterly, the journal was the first of its kind, and was established by Bain. Alexander Bain served as the Professor of Logic at the University of Aberdeen. In a publisher's original cloth binding with gilt lettering to the spine. Externally, generally smart. Patches of light rubbing in places, and to the extremities.
